Effra Digital was founded in 2016 by Programme Manager and Technical Project Manager Jonny Hough and Digital Communications and Social Media specialist Claire Collins.
How we work
We believe that good digital communications can improve the businesses we work with by making them more efficient, effective and adapted to the current digital environment.
We run all our projects in an open, agile and iterative way with a focus on user-centred design.
We will also:
- manage our projects so each client gets the attention they deserve
- offer the most cost-effective and future-proofed solution to our clients
- strive to minimise our footprint by using remote working technology
Jonny heads up our technical delivery and Project Management work. He is an experienced Project Director / Programme Manager and has managed Project Management teams and delivered Technical Projects for some of the top digital agencies in London including TribalDDB, TMW, Razorfish and Ogilvy.
He has experience working on high profile accounts such as Unilever, Diageo, Volkswagen and British Airways.
Jonny has a particular interest in project design and build and has experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master.
He is a trustee for the Brixton based charity Block WorkOut Foundation and provides them with advice and help with marketing and digital.
Claire heads up our content and strategy side. Prior to Effra Digital she was a senior digital communications specialist in government at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and the Prime Minister’s Office. She has substantial experience managing digital campaigns, websites and social media for high profile campaigns and departments.
She has a particular interest in training and also specialises in digital communications evaluation helping organisations understand who their target audience is, how to reach them and how to measure and evaluate success.
